Operating from Orivesi, Finland, Kuljetusliike Juhani Tuominen serves forest industry by harvesting timber with over 20 forestry machines and transporting it with a fleet of some 20 trucks. They are remarkably loyal to Nokian Tyres products, using them on trucks, timber trailers and flatbed trailers.
“We are using Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta Truck F2 as front tires, Hakkapeliitta Truck E2 as traction tires and R-Truck Trailer as trailer tires from front to back”, says CEO Jarkko Tuominen about one of their timber trucks. “We are happy Nokian Tyres customers!”
Their timber truck driver Joni Rajalampi says he noticed the improvement immediately when his truck was equipped with these tires.
“The truck became much steadier to drive on highway with less tendency to catch ruts,” he says. “On country roads with hills, twists and turns, the lateral and longitudinal grip is more than sufficient.”
